Refunds:
- We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee to our users. If you are not satisfied with our service within 3 days of purchase, you can request a refund. We will process your refund request within 5 business days of receiving your request. Please note that refunds are not provided for any reason after 3 days of purchase and VProfile does not give any refund on the purchase of custom domain/Addon Services from VProfile.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Once you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for any future billing cycles. However, you will not be refunded for any remaining days in your current billing cycle.
- Note: In the case of any fraudulent activities or abuse of our service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without any refund.
